Following an action-packed three round finale in Dubai, Chef Ahmed Fatheen, Senior Sous Chef at Bandos Maldives was crowned Knorr Master of Seasoning 2017. Here’s what he had to say about his win:
Chef Ahmed Fatheen, Senior Sous Chef at Bandos Maldives. crowned the Master of Seasoning 2017.
Chef Ahmed, who also received a Euro 1000 prize, revealed how valuable the Knorr Master of Seasoning competition had been, saying:
“I learnt many new techniques in such a short period of time, which will undoubtedly be great assets to my career going forward.
This competition gave me another boost of motivation and the confidence to push my own limits and to go further in this field.”
While Chef Ahmed continues to celebrate his win and plan the next move in his culinary journey, we’re looking forward to seeing who follows in his creative culinary footsteps in next year’s Master of Seasoning competition.
