    1. Heat oil and sauté onion till golden brown2. Add mashed knorr chicken cube stir with onion for few seconds add splash of water3. Add soaked rice and stir again for a mint or 2 add required water (estimated a half inch above rice)4. Let it cook till al Dante5. On other hand dissolve sugar in water add carrot and raisin in it and cook for a mint or 2 6. Roast dry fruits nuts 7. Add all the prepared ingredients and orange zest in rice, covered the lid and let it be cook for next 4 to 5 mints8. Can add it with roasted mutton or chicken Roasted chicken or leg roast Marinate with salt ,chicken powder, garlic a tspn of lime juice and oil Roast it in pre heat oven at the temperature of 250c for 15to 20 mints or till juices dry and done Place the prepared meat over the rice, when rice is on al Dante for 5 to 8 minutes. Garnish with mix dry fruits nuts
