Green Chili & Pineapple Slush
Here’s a great welcome drink that’s cost effective during Ramadan. Pineapple is refreshing, and the chili adds another level to the flavour. See the recipe below!
Sugar 250 g
Water 1.2 l
Pineapple, cubes, frozen 700 g
Green chili, finely chopped 5 g
- Bring sugar, water and Knorr Lime Seasoning to a simmer.
- Dissolve sugar to create a sugar syrup.
- Allow to cool down.
- In a bar blender add pineapple chunks and chili.
- Top up with sugar syrup and blend. Ready to serve.
