Chicken Yakhni Pulao

• Soak rice.

• Make yakhni with chicken ,1 onion sliced, 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste each, green chili, pepper corn, cinnamon stick, salt , cumin seed and bay leaves.

• Cook the yakhni about 30 to 40 minutes.

• Heat oil and fry onion till dark, then add ginger and garlic paste and all other spices.

• Cook for a few minutes.

• Add rice to the paste and the yakhni, if yakhni is not enough add some water and let it cook.

• Adjust seasoning and let it cook till done. Serve hot with raita and Kuchumar salad.
