1. How do I register for the Product Shop?
You can register by clicking “Login” on the top right of the page and selecting the “Create Account” option.
Alternatively, you can register at check-out after you have completed browsing and ordering your favourite Unilever Food Solutions products
2. How can I benefit from the UFS Product Shop?
The new UFS Product Shop is the only place where you can order your favourite products from your preferred distributor AND get points at the same time.
Registering with our shop directly enrolls you in the UFS Loyalty program program where you will be earning loyalty points for every product ordered.
Use these points to shop from our exciting loyalty catalogue customized just for your needs!
3. How can I shop in the Unilever Food Solutions Product Shop?
- Access “Product Shop” from the menu bar at the top of the page
- Scroll down and choose your preferred distributor from the drop-down menu
- Add the desired products to the cart by using the “Add to cart (case or unit)” button below the product image
- When you are finished shopping, click “Proceed to checkout”
- To finish your order, log in to your account (if you have one) or complete the fields required to finalize your delivery. Make sure to continue with the account creation process to secure loyalty points for your order.

4. What are the prerequisites for using the Product Shop?
The Product Shop requires you to be an existing customer with one of the listed distributors; the list of these distributors can be found in the drop-down menu on the Product Shop page, below the page banner.
5. Which log-in details do I need for the Product Shop?
You can use the same log-in details you created when registering yourself to our website, as these are the same details which give you access to the UFS Loyalty Programme.
6. I don’t have an account with any of these distributors. What do I do?
If you would like to become a customer, you can access the distributor contact details here and register with them directly.
7. How do I find my order history?
Log in to your account on the top right of the page. Once your username appears, select “Order History” from the same login menu.
8. Who delivers my order?
Your selected distributor will review and deliver your order as per your agreed terms.
9. When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered as per your usual delivery schedule and according to your existing arrangement with your distributor.
10. What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
Your distributor is responsible for the delivery of your order. If your order does not arrive, please contact your distributor directly or contact our WhatsApp number +92 3092 222 837
11. Which prices apply in the Product Shop?
The prices displayed are not final prices but recommended retail prices from Unilever Food Solutions. These prices are used to calculate the loyalty points which you will receive. Actual pricing will differ as per your preferred distributor.
