Prepare the Beef

  • Beef 400.0 g
  • Garlic Chopped 15.0 g
  • Oil 30.0 ml

  • Tortilla Wraps 2.0 pc
  • Cheddar Slices 2.0 pc
  • Jalapeno 20.0 g
  • Fries 60.0 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded 50.0 g
  • Beef Undercut 400.0 g
  • Sautéed Beef 200.0 g

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Beef

    • Heat 30ml oil in a pan and sauté 15g chopped garlic until fragrant. Cut beef into thin slice beef strips and cook until medium well.
  2. Prepare the Mayo

    • Mix Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Knorr Professional Chicken Powder, Knorr Professional BBQ Sauce, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Burrito

    • Preheat oven to 280°C for 30 minutes.
    • Sprinkle 50g Mozzarella on top of tortilla wrap and heat it in the oven for 2 minutes.
    • Wrap it and brush it with butter and heat it in the oven for 3 more minutes.
    • Take it out, cut, and serve.
