Preparation

Chicken Poppers:
- Cut the breasts into bite sized cubes and marinade with 50g Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade, garlic and chilli for 4 – 6 hours.
- Combine the corn flour and 10g Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder and coat the chicken in flour. Dust of the excess and fry at 175°C for 4 -5 min till golden brown, remove and drain on paper towel.

Sauce:
- Bring the water to a simmer in a pot, whisk in the Knorr Professional Italian Tomato Base and chilli flakes and simmer for 1 min. add in the chicken poppers and coat well.

Garnish:
- Combine the corn flour and Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder and coat the chillis dust off the excess and fry till crisp and golden, remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.

Plating:
- Place the poppers in a serving bowl, garnish with crispy chillies and serve.
