Method:

  • Onion, chopped 150 g
  • Beef Chuck, diced 2.5 kg
  • Chilli, puree 50 g
  • Garlic, puree 100 g
  • Cumin, ground 5 g
  • Chipotle Sauce 100 g
  • Water 200 ml
  • Black Beans 100 g
  • Corn Cobs, grilled 10 pc
  1. Method:

    • Fry off the onions in oil until soft, add the beef and brown slightly.
    • Add chilli puree, garlic puree and cumin and cook for a further 5 minutes.
    • Add the water, Knorr Italian Tomato Base and cook for 2 hours until the meat starts to become tender. Drain, rinse and add the beans, cook for an additional 30 minutes.
    • Serve with grilled corn.
