Chipotle Chilli Bowl:

Onion, chopped 150.0 g

Beef Chuck, diced 2.5 kg

Chilli, puree 50.0 g

Garlic, puree 100.0 g

Cumin, ground 5.0 g

Chipotle Sauce 100.0 g

Water 200.0 ml

Preparation

Chipotle Chilli Bowl:
- Fry off the onions in oil until soft, add the beef and brown slightly.
- Add chilli puree, garlic puree and cumin and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Add the water, Knorr Professional Italian Tomato Base and cook for 2 hours until the meat starts to become tender. Drain, rinse and add the beans, cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve with grilled corn.
