Churros Poppers:

Water 1.0 cup

Granulated sugar 60.0 g

Vanilla essence 20.0 ml

Melted Butter 1/2 cup 125.0 g

Flour, all-purpose 125.0 g

Preparation

Churros Poppers:
- In a saucepan, add water, sugar, vanilla essence, butter and bring to a boil. Now add all-purpose flour and cook for 2 minutes and take it out in a bowl and let the steam pass.
- Mix eggs gradually until the mixture is smooth and shiny. Take out the mixture in a piping bag attached with a star tip.
- Bring oil to 180°C and pipe small drops of the mixture into hot oil using a pair of scissors.
- Once golden brown, take them out on a plate lined with kitchen paper towel.
- In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and dredge the churros into sugar so that the coating is completely covered.
- In a bowl, mix whipped cream and Carte D'Or Chocolate Topping and use a piping bag to inject the mixture into each churro and serve.
