Churros Poppers:

  1. Churros Poppers:

    • In a saucepan, add water, sugar, vanilla essence, butter and bring to a boil. Now add all-purpose flour and cook for 2 minutes and take it out in a bowl and let the steam pass.
    • Mix eggs gradually until the mixture is smooth and shiny. Take out the mixture in a piping bag attached with a star tip.
    • Bring oil to 180°C and pipe small drops of the mixture into hot oil using a pair of scissors.
    • Once golden brown, take them out on a plate lined with kitchen paper towel.
    • In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and dredge the churros into sugar so that the coating is completely covered.
    • In a bowl, mix whipped cream and Carte D'Or Chocolate Topping and use a piping bag to inject the mixture into each churro and serve.
