Preparation

  1. Dahi Bhindi:

    • In a bowl, add okra, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (15gm) and marinate it for 10-12 minutes.
    • Now deep fry the okra.
    • In a pot add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (15gm), red pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, yogurt and mix it well. Cook it until mixed, add Knorr Italian Tomato Base, mix well together and then add fried okra into it.
    • Serve it with boiled rice.
