  • Tomato, diced 300.0 g
  • Onion, diced 100.0 g
  • Pineapple, diced 150.0 g
  1. Marinade:

    • Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the ribs to marinate for 24 hours.
    • Remove from marinade and flame grill until cooked through, basting regularly.
  2. Salsa:

    • To make the salsa, toss together tomato, pineapple and red onion.
    • Serve the ribs garnished with salsa.
