Preparation:

  • Yogurt 500 g
  • Chicken breast with bone in 2 kg
  • Lemon juice 40 ml
  • Chilli powder 20 g
  • Green cardamom 18 g
  • Turmeric Powder 15 g
  • Garlic 20 g
  • Fresh ginger 20 g
  • Salt 15 g
  • Green chilli 10 g

Presentation:

  • Fried onions 20 g
  • Fresh micro green 5 g
  1. Preparation:

    • Take a bowl and add yogurt in it.
    • Also add chicken, Knorr Chicken Cube, lemon juice, cumin, redchilli powder, all spice powder and mix well.
    • Cover the bowl with a clean plastic sheet and leave it in refrigerator for at least an hour.
    • Preheat the grill at high heat.
    • Oil the grill lightly with Rafhan Corn Oil.
    • Now thread chicken onto skewers or roast it whole.
    • Grill the chicken till the juices run clear.
    • Approximately it is 5 minutes on each side.
    • Now serve the well-cooked tikka.

    Presentation
    • Lahori Chicken Tikka should be served with rice and dry nuts in deep bowl.
    • Fried onion and fresh micro green with on the top serve with rice.
