- Deep-fry chips.

Chipotle Jus:
- Combine Knorr Professional Demi Glace Base with 500 ml warm water, bring to boil, add Knorr Professional Barbecue Sauce and Chipotle sauce in a saucepan on low-mid temperature and simmer.
