Chicken Schnitzel:

  • Chicken breast, pounded flat 10.0 pc
  • Buttermilk 700.0 ml
  • Plain flour 250.0 g
  • Paprika, powder 5.0 g
  • Garlic powder 5.0 g
  • Onion, powder 5.0 g
  • Mustard, powder 3.0 g
  • Black pepper, cracked 2.0 g
  • Eggs, whisked 4.0 pc
  • Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder (6x1kg) 20.0 g

Sauce:

  • Hellmann’s Real (4x4L) 250.0 ml
  • Chilli garlic oil 25.0 g
  • Cayenne pepper 2.0 g
  1. Chicken Schnitzel:

    • Marinate chicken in buttermilk and Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder for 3 hours refrigerated.
    • In a bowl, combine flour and spices. Drain chicken from buttermilk and place into flour mix, then into whisked egg mixture and back into flour.
    • Deep fry until cooked.
  2. Sauce:

    • In a bowl, mix Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise,chilli garlic oil and cayenne pepper.
    • Serve with chips and Comeback Sauce.
