Gochujang Mayonnaise;

Gochujang (chatta halabiye) 125 g
Prepare the Pickled Red Onions:

Red onion, julienne 300 g

Cabbage julienne 200 g

Sugar 30 g

Salt, kosher 30 g

Apple cider vinegar 500 g
Prepare the Burger:

Pepper jack cheese, slices 10 pc

Pickled Red Onion, prepared 500 g

Cilantro 250 g

Hamburger buns, toasted 10 pc

Gochujang Mayonnaise 400 g

Lamb, patties 10 pc

Beef, patties 10 pc
Preparation

Gochujang Mayonnaise;
- Combine Best Food Real Mayonnaise with Gochujang paste.

Prepare the Pickled Red Onions:
- Bring all ingredients except the onions and cabbage to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add vegetables.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, strain and chill.

Prepare the Burger:
- Season and cook patties to desired temperature.
- Spread Gochujang Mayonnaise on buns.
- Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
