Spinach Salad
Simple, Healthy, Colourful with Flavours to compliment any dish.

Spinach 350.0 g

Spring Onions 15.0 g

Soy Sauce 15.0 ml

Sesame Oil 20.0 ml

Garlic cloves, finely diced 3.0 pc

Sesame seeds, toasted 6.0 g
Preparation

Method:
- Wash and dry the spinach. Pick off the stems and discard any bad leaves.
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add spinach, cover and reduce heat to a medium-high. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender but still bright green. Drain and refresh.
- Squeeze out excess water with your hands. Cut spinach into 2-inch lengths and place in a large bowl.
- Slice the spring onions, reserve half of them, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Garnish with reserved spring onions and serve at room temperature.
