  • Penne Pasta 240.0 g

  • Butter 20.0 gm
  • Garlic 10.0 gm
  • Sriracha 40.0 gm
  • Stock Water 20.0 ml
  • Crushed Red Chilli 1.0 gm

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Pasta Base sauce

    • Blend Hellmann's Real Mayo, Milk Cream, Milk, Green Chillis, Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Knorr Professional Chicken Powder, and Black Pepper Powder, in a blender until smooth and well combined.
    • Ensure all ingredients are properly dissolved
  2. Make the Pasta

    • Boil penny pasta to 85% to 90% in boiling water. Drain and reserve pasta water.
  3. Cook and Serve

    • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red chilli. Sauté for 1 minute.
    • Add Knorr Professional Chicken Powder and Sriracha sauce. Mix well.
    • Add Pasta Base Sauce and stir to combine. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously.
    • Add stock water and reserved pasta water as needed. Mix well. Continue cooking until sauce is heated through and well combined.
    • Add boiled pasta and toss until well coated.
    • Serve hot with garlic bread or crumble chicken fillet.
