White Base Sauce

Pizza Dough

  • All-purpose Flour 2.0 cup
  • Salt 1.0 tsp
  • Sugar 1.0 tbsp
  • active dry yeast 2.5 tsp
  • Olive oil 1.0 tbsp
  • Warm water 0.75 cup

Toppings(pre-made)

  • pre-made chicken cubes 85.0 g
  • Mozzarella cheese 100.0 g

Preparation

  1. White Base Sauce

    • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and well combined. Ensure all ingredients are properly dissolved.
  2. Pizza Dough

    • Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
    • Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
    • Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    • Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1-2 hours or until doubled.
    • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
    • Punch down dough
  3. Toppings(pre-made)

    • Preheat duck oven: Upper temp: 320°C, Brick temperature: 240°C
    • Roll out pizza to your desired size.
    • Spread Hellmann's base sauce, add mozzarella cheese and desired vegetables
    • Add chicken cubes on top
    • Brush pizza dough sides with olive oil.
    • Put it into the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
