  1. Crispy Chicken Burger

    Prepare the Coating Mix​:
    • In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, salt, and garlic powder.​
    Coat the Chicken​:
    • Toss chicken pieces into the flour mix and massage properly to coat evenly.​
    • Dip coated chicken into cold ice water for 3-4 seconds.​
    • Toss the chicken again into the dry batter mix and coat evenly.​
    • Tap the chicken gently to remove excess flour.​
    Fry the Chicken​:
    • Fry in a fryer at 150°C for 6-7 minutes.
    • Alternatively, take out for 30 seconds after 4 minutes and then re-fry for the next 3-4 minutes.​
    Assemble the Burger​:
    • Remove fried chicken from oil and serve hot.
    • Toss buns in butter.​
    • Apply 20g of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise for dressing with crispy chicken and assemble the burger.
