  1. Crispy Chicken Lime Volcano Poppers

    Prepare the Chicken Poppers:
    • Cut chicken into 1.5-2-inch pieces.
    • Heat 1.5 to 2 liters oil to 145°C.
    • Mix all-purpose flour, Knorr Professional Crispy Coating Mix, and cold water.
    • Coat chicken pieces in dry mixture, dip in cold water, and re-coat in crispy mixture. Tap off excess.
    • Fry in hot oil until crispy. Drain excess oil.

    Prepare the Volcano Sauce:
    • In a bowl, mix Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Knorr Professional Tomato Ketchup, Knorr Professional Chicken Powder, Mustard Paste, Black Pepper, Milk Cream, Sriracha Sauce, Paprika, and Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder.Whisk until smooth.

    Assemble and serve:
    • Toss crispy chicken poppers in Volcano Sauce until coated.
    • Serve immediately with Chicken & Lime Fries. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh herbs
