  1. Prepare the Chicken

    • Mix all-purpose flour with Knorr Professional Crispy Coating Mix in a bowl. Coat chicken thigh fillets in the mixture, dip in cold ice water for 5 seconds, then coat again and massage for 15 seconds. Shake off excess and fry at 145°C for 8 minutes until crispy.
  2. Prepare the Sauce

    • Heat oil in a pot, sauté garlic and ginger for 20 seconds. Add Knorr Professional Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, water, then stir in Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, chilli flakes, and white pepper. Simmer until slightly thick.
  3. Assemble the Burger

    • Toss the fried chicken in the sauce, then assemble in a burger bun with iceberg lettuce, Knorr Professional Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, Hellmann's Real Mayo, and pickled cucumbers.
