  1. For Salsa Dip:

    • MixKnorr Professional Tomato Ketchup, chopped jalapeño, and chopped onion in a bowl.
    • Next, addKnorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder,Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder,and vinegar, blending the ingredients well.
    • Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until it reaches your desired consistency, then taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
    • Finally, serve the finished Salsa Dip with gol gappa or as a side dip alongside your favorite snacks.
  2. For Chicken Gol Gappas:

    • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    • Next, add the chicken, black pepper,Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, and soy sauce, and sauté the mixture for 8–9 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked before setting it aside.
    • To assemble, place gol gappa shells onto a serving plate and fill each shell with 4–5 pieces of the cooked chicken, followed by 3–4 boiled chickpeas and 1g of crumbled daal.
    • Finally, pipe 2g of spicy Dynamite sauce right on top and serve the assembled shells immediately alongside Salsa Dip presented in a small glass or ramekin.
