    • In a bowl, combine the green onion, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder,Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder,and oregano.
    • Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Stuff the Chillies:

    • Make a lengthwise slit in each peri peri green chilli, taking care not to cut all the way through.
    • Remove the seeds if a milder spice level is preferred.
    • Fill each chilli generously with the prepared cheese mixture.
  3. Coat the Chillies:

    • Dip each stuffed chilli into the beaten egg, ensuring it is evenly coated.
    • Roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
    • Repeat if a thicker, crispier coating is desired.
  4. Fry the Chillies:

    • Heat oil to 175°C (350°F) in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pan.
    • Fry the coated chillies in batches until golden brown and crispy.
    • Remove and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  5. Serve:

    • Serve hot as an iftar snack or appetizer while the cheese is still melted and gooey.

    • Maintain the oil temperature at 175°C (350°F) for an even, crispy coating without burning.
    • Adjust the seasoning and spice level to suit your preference.
