  1. Prepare the Sauce

    • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and sauté for about 10 seconds until fragrant. Mix in the Knorr Professional All-Purpose Tomato Ketchup, oregano, bay leaf, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and vinegar, stirring well to combine. Continue cooking over medium-high heat while stirring until the mixture begins to simmer. Once it simmers, add 4 tablespoons of water and stir again. Lower the heat to medium-low and let the sauce cook for about 2 minutes, or until it thickens to your preferred consistency, then remove the bay leaf before serving.
