Arabic Shawarma with Garlic Mayonnaise:

  • Olive oil 45 ml
  • Garlic, halved 30 g
  • Sumac 20 g
  • Cinnamon powder 7 g
  • Chilli flakes 3 g
  • Chicken thighs, boneless 1 kg
  • Pita bread 10 pc
  • Cabbage, chopped 100 g
  • Red onion, sliced 80 g
  • Cucumber, pickled 100 g
  • Parsley chopped 10 g
  1. Arabic Shawarma with Garlic Mayonnaise:

    • In a medium bowl, combine the Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder, olive oil, yogurt, garlic, salt, sumac, cinnamon, and chili flakes. Add the chicken, cover and marinate for at least two hours.
    • Cook the chicken on a hot plate.
    • To assemble, add cooked chicken to the bread. Add cabbage, onion, cucumber, parsley and the sauce.
