Preparation

Arabic Shawarma with Garlic Mayonnaise:
- In a medium bowl, combine the Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning, olive oil, yogurt, garlic, salt, sumac, cinnamon, and chili flakes. Add the chicken, cover and marinate for at least two hours.
- Cook the chicken on a hot plate.
- To assemble, add cooked chicken to the bread. Add cabbage, onion, cucumber, parsley and the sauce.
