Preparation

  1. Prepare the Asian Noodles

    • Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
    • Add the chopped garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 5 seconds.
    • Add the shredded purple cabbage and cook for another 5 seconds.
    • Reduce the heat to medium-high.
    • Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Knorr Professional Oyster Sauce,Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, white pepper, and chilli flakes. Stir well and let simmer briefly.
    • Add the boiled noodles and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
  2. Prepare the Crispy Chicken

    • In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour andKnorr Professional Crispy Coating Mix
    • Coat the chicken pieces evenly in the flour mixture.
    • Dip the coated chicken into ice-cold water for 5 seconds.
    • Remove and coat once again in the flour mixture, gently massaging the coating onto the chicken for about 15 seconds.
    • Shake off any excess coating.
    • Fry at 145°C for approximately 8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Make the Glaze

    • Heat the oil in a saucepan over lo  w-medium heat.
    • Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 20 seconds until fragrant.
    • Stir in theKnorr Professional Thai Sweet Chilli Sauceand water, cooking for 10 seconds.
    • Add theKnorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, chilli flakes, and white pepper.
    • Simmer until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.
    • Toss the fried chicken in the glaze until each piece is evenly coated.
  4. Assemble and Serve

    • Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl.
    • Top with the glazed crispy chicken.
    • Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
    • Serve immediately while hot.
