Breaded Mushroom with Cheese Mayonnaise:

  1. Breaded Mushroom with Cheese Mayonnaise:

    • Clean mushrooms and season with Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, set aside.
    • Beat eggs together with milk in a container.
    • Season the Flour with Knorr Professional Crispy Coating Mix.
    • Add herbs to the breadcrumbs.
    • Place mushrooms in flour mixture and coat. Transfer those mushrooms to the egg mixture and shake until fully coated again. Finally, move the mushrooms to the breadcrumbs and shake until evenly coated.
    • Fry the Mushrooms until golden brown in colour, Serve with Best Foods Cheese Mayonnaise.
