Cheese Pita Pockets:

Chicken breast 1.5 kg

Preparation

Cheese Pita Pockets:
- Marinate the chicken with Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder, garlic and oil, for 2 to 4 hours.
- Pre-heat a pan to medium high heat. Season chicken with salt, Grill each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Remove and set aside to rest.
- Slice the chicken against the grain into thin strips and transfer back into the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until just slightly crispy around the edges.
- Spread Best Foods Cheese Mayonnaise evenly inside pita pockets divide chicken evenly and topped with all the remaining vegetables.
