Cheese Pita Pockets:

  • Chicken breast 1.5 kg
  • Garlic, minced 15 g
  • Vegetable oil 30 ml
  • Onion, sliced 100 g
  • Tomato, diced 100 g
  • Cucumber, sliced 100 g
  • Olives, sliced 50 g
  • Iceberg, shredded 120 g
  • Pita bread 10 pc
  1. Cheese Pita Pockets:

    • Marinate the chicken with Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder, garlic and oil, for 2 to 4 hours.
    • Pre-heat a pan to medium high heat. Season chicken with salt, Grill each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Remove and set aside to rest.
    • Slice the chicken against the grain into thin strips and transfer back into the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until just slightly crispy around the edges.
    • Spread Best Foods Cheese Mayonnaise evenly inside pita pockets divide chicken evenly and topped with all the remaining vegetables.
