Preparation

Chicken Bread Rolls:
- To prepare the marination, add white pepper, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (20gm), Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning, oil in a bowl and mix it well.
- Now add chicken and mix it well.
- Heat a pan and add oil, marinated chicken, add garlic, onion and cook for 10 to 15 mins.
- Now roughly cut the chicken, add Hellmann’s Cheese Mayonnaise, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (20 gm), coriander and mix it well.
- Take a large slice of bread, cut the edges, then flatten it with the rolling pin and add cooked chicken batter with mozzarella cheese and Hellmann’s Cheese Mayonnaise then make rolls.
- Coat with flour, egg and bread crumbs.
- Now heat oil for frying and deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with Hellmann’s Cheese Mayonnaise.
