Preparation

  1. Step 1

    1. Marinate the Beef:
    • In a bowl, combine the beef strips with theKnorr Professional Oyster Sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce,Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder,ginger paste, and garlic paste.
    • Mix well to coat the beef evenly.
    • Cover and marinate for 15–30 minutes. 
    2. Cook the Beef:
    • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the marinated beef in a single layer and sear until browned and nearly cooked through.
    • Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. 
    3. Stir-Fry the Broccoli:
    • In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.
    • Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry until tender-crisp, retaining their vibrant green colour. 
    4. Combine and Finish:
    • Return the cooked beef to the pan with the broccoli.
    • Toss everything together over high heat until well coated in the sauce and heated through.
    • Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
  2. To Serve:

    • Garnish with sesame seeds.
    • Serve hot with garlic rice or creamy mashed potatoes.
