Chicken:

  • Vegetable oil 50.0 ml
  • Chicken breast 800.0 g

Dressing:

Salad:

  • Mango, peeled, chopped 600.0 g
  • Coriander leaves 100.0 g
  • Red chillies 2.0 pc
  • Cucumber, Shredded 500.0 g
  • Shallots, red, finely sliced 100.0 g
  1. Chicken:

    • Add the oil to the pan and grill the chicken until lightly golden and cooked through and remove from heat and shred.
  2. Dressing:

    • Combine the Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning, vinegar and oil together.
  3. Salad:

    • To make the salad, toss the mango, coriander, chilli, cucumber and shallots together and add the shredded chicken. Place the salad in a small bowl and drizzle with the prepared dressing.
    • Serve with lime quarters.
