Mango Mayo Chili Dip:
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture becomes a smooth puree. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Store in an airtight container in a chiller until ready to use.
- It can be used as a condiment to make Mexican Burgers with mango salsa or use it as a dip for fried chicken wings. Mix it with fried battered shrimp to make tropical-flavored prawn dynamite.
