  1. Prepare the Sauce

    • In a pot, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 10 seconds. Add a cup Knorr All-Purpose Tomato Ketchup, oregano, bay leaf, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and vinegar; stir well to combine. Cook the mixture over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to simmer. Add water and reduce the heat to low-medium, then cook for 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Remove the bay leaf and let the sauce cool for about 10 minutes. Finally, mix the cooled sauce with Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise until smooth and creamy, then serve chilled with fries, burgers, or as a delicious dipping sauce.
