Preparation

  1. Step 1:

    • In a cooking pot boil mutton for 30 minutes. 
    • In another cooking pot add oil, chopped garlic, boiled mutton,Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning,black pepper crushed, salt and cook for 10-15 minutes. 
    • Now add yogurt and cook it until the water gets dry.
    • In the end add julienne cut ginger, fresh coriander green chillies and simmer it for another 5 minutes until it’s ready. 
    • Serve it with chapati, raita and salad.
