Popcorn Prawns:

Prawns, de-veined and peeled 1.5 kg

Jalapeno Mayo:

Jalapeno, chopped 50 g

Fresh coriander, chopped 20 g
Building the Sandwich:

Burger buns 10 pc

Cabbage, white 450 g

Onion, thinly sliced 150 g

Burger Cheese, sliced 10 pc
Preparation

Popcorn Prawns:
- Coat the prawns in the flour, then combine eggs, then breadcrumbs. Deep fry until cooked and golden.

Jalapeno Mayo:
- Combine Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, jalapenos and coriander.

Building the Sandwich:
- Cut and grill the buns. Assemble prawn rolls in the following order – bun base, slaw, popcorn prawns, jalapeno mayo, cheese and top bun.
