  1. Marinate the chicken

    • Coat the chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, and garlic paste. Let it rest for 30 minutes. In a pan, heat oil and cook the chicken. Add cubed onion, capsicum, and tomato, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken

    • In another pan, sauté chopped garlic and ginger in oil. Add Knorr Professional All-Purpose Tomato Ketchup, chilli flakes, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, and Rafhan Corn flour slurry to thicken the sauce. Finally, add the chicken and vegetables, mix well, and serve.
