    • Whisk vigorously for 30–45 seconds until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mix is smooth, glossy, and homogenous.
    • Taste and adjust seasoning if required. The profile should be spicy, garlicky, with a subtle lime finish.
    • Transfer to a ramekin for dip service or store chilled in a sealed container.
    • Hold under refrigeration at 1–4°C. Shelf life: 48 hours for best flavor and food safety.
  2. Applications:
