Spicy Mango Barbecue Sauce:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Transfer it to an airtight container, and store in the chiller for up to a month.
- It can be used to marinate and a basting sauce for grilled or barbeque beef, chicken, or prawns. You can also use it as a dipping sauce with fried chicken or spread the sauce on top of your pizza dough, add some mango salsa into your topping to make Mango Barbeque Pizza.
