  • Beetroot julienne 100.0 g
  • Carrots julienne 100.0 g
  • Cherry tomatoes Cut in halves 150.0 g
  • Cucumbers Sliced 250.0 g
  • Radish Sliced 150.0 g
  • Sesame seeds 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. Salad Dressing:

    • Mix Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, BBQ Sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade and water. Whisk well to make a dressing and chill.
  2. Shrimps:

    • Add water to Knorr Professional Batter Mix to make a paste. Coat the shrimps in the batter and deep fry at 170 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Assembly:

    • Mix the salad with vegetables and assemble it on a plate. Lay the fried crispy shrimp on top, pour the Asian salad dressing on top and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
