Golden Thai Chicken:


Crispy fried pieces of juicy thigh boneless, served over sweet and spicy Thai sauce. A different fried chicken option than the usual with a Thai food twist.

Preparation

  1. Golden Thai Chicken:

    • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, chopped garlic, Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce, Thai fish sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (15gm), Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning (10gm), brown sugar, julienne carrots, thai chilies, fresh coriander, spring onions, cook until its mixed.
    • For marination, add chicken, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning (10gm), Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade (15gm) in a bowl.
    • In another bowl, add Knorr Professional Crispy Coating Mix with water, now dip marinated chicken and deep fry it.
    • Pour the sauce under and over the fried chicken before serving.
