For Chicken:

  • Ginger, paste 30 g
  • Garlic, paste 30 g
  • Eggs 2 pc
  • Vinegar 50 ml
  • Yoghurt 180 g
  • Chicken breast, strips 1.5 kg
  • Salt 5 g

For Sauce:

  • Mustard seeds, crushed 25 g
  • Garlic powder 7 g
  • Paprika, powder 7 g
  1. For Chicken:

    • Whisk Knorr Professional Batter Mix, salt, ginger, garlic, egg, vinegar, yoghurt, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning and 100ml water together to make the batter.
    • Then add chicken into the batter, marinate for 30 minutes at least.
    • Fry until golden brown.
  2. For Sauce:

    • Combine all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl or ramekin.
