Preparation

  1. Prepare the Manchurian Filling

    • In a pan, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and chopped green onion.
    • Add the soy sauce, vinegar,Knorr Professional All-Purpose Tomato Ketchup,Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder,and white pepper.
    • Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is well combined.
    • Remove from the heat and allow the filling to cool completely.

  2. Make the Mint Mayo Dip

    • In a bowl, combineHellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, chopped fresh mint,Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning Powder, andKnorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder.
    • Mix until smooth and well incorporated. Set aside.

  3. For Assembly

    • Lay a Spring Roll Manda wrap on a clean, flat surface.
    • Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the cooled Manchurian filling into the center.
    • Gather the edges of the wrapper to form a roll.
    • Repeat with the remaining wrapper and filling.
  4. Fry and Serve

    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
    • Fry the pouches until crisp and evenly golden brown.
    • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
    • Serve immediately with the mint mayo dip on the side.
