Preparation

  1. Prepare the Manchurian Filling

    • In a pan, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and chopped green onion.
    • Add the soy sauce, vinegar,Knorr Professional All-Purpose Tomato Ketchup, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder,and white pepper.
    • Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is well combined.
    • Remove from the heat and allow the filling to cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Mint Mayo Dip

    • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped mint, lime seasoning, andKnorr Professional Chicken Powder.
    • Mix until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Potli Samosas

    • Lay a Spring Roll Manda wrap on a clean, flat surface.
    • Place 1–2 tablespoons of the cooled Manchurian filling in the center.
    • Gather the edges to form a potli (money bag) shape and secure tightly with cooking thread.
    • Repeat with the remaining wrapper and filling.
  4. Fry and Serve

    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    • Fry the potli samosas until crisp and evenly golden brown.
    • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
    • Serve hot with the mint mayo dip on the side.
