Preparation

BBQ Chicken Cheese Puffs:
- In a pan, heat oil, add chicken, crushed red pepper, white pepper, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Knorr Tomato Ketchup, and Knorr Professional Barbecue Sauce.
- Cook them for 8-10 minutes and then top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cut flattened puff pastry into a D shape, add filling and close it. Brush it with egg yolk and sprinkle over some parmesan cheese and oregano.
- Bake it for 15-18 minutes into preheated oven at 180-200°C or until they turn golden brown.
