Preparation

Buttermilk Fried Chicken:
- In a bowl, add milk, yogurt, Knorr Professional Lime Seasoning, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, white pepper, Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade, red pepper powder, dried basil and garlic powder, mix it well.
- Now add skinned chicken drumsticks and marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- For the coating, mix together flour and Knorr Professional Crispy Coating Mix in a bowl.
- Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture and deep fry it.
